Programme         

• Sunday Arrive late afternoon and settle into the Fattoria Terre di Baccio , meet your teacher and dine at the farm. (Transfer from Florence’s airport or train station by request )

• from Monday to Friday
  • mornings 9.30 - 12.30  three-hour Italian lesson and light lunch
  • afternoons 3.30  - 5.30 pm grape-harvesting with a wine-expert who will provide information on viticulture, wine-production and the properties of Tuscan wines. The grape-harvest takes place in the vineyards of the Fattoria Terre di Baccio or on another nearby property.
  • evenings dinner with guided wine-tasting and a different menu every evening. An expert will introduce the main characteristics of Tuscan cuisine and explain the properties of the wines.
• Saturday Departure from Terre di Baccio (transfer to Florence airport or station on request)

Levels 1 - 3       There may be slight differences in level among participants but as groups are small, students are given plenty of individual attention. The teacher is adept at managing situations of this kind and will organize group work in such a way as to ensure that everyone benefits.
