IdeaThe aim of this program is to spend a week or more with your own class surrounded by Italian daily life, practising the language and exploring the many aspects of Italian culture and society. The programme is on offer both in our school based in Florence, and in affiliated schools in other towns such as Orbetello, Lucca, Bologna and Naples, with whom we have close professional links. In our didactic methodology and free time activities we cater specifically for school parties by setting up communicative activities and real-life encounters with Italians to enable students to quickly learn to speak the language in the limited time they have available. Students are lodged with specially chosen families, with half-board, while teachers may opt to stay in a family home, a hotel or an independent flat. Our didactic and administrative staff have years of experience in this area and can, on request, provide references from other schools and teachers abroad who have taken our courses.
