Live in a private Italian house and cook typical Tuscan dishes with “La mamma”. In these sessions you’ll not only learn the recipes and tricks of Tuscan home-cooking, but you’ll also communicate in Italian, improving your spoken Italian in an authentic family environment. The seminar fees include your stay at la mamma’s home, in a single room, with or without breakfast. The four cookery sessions take place from Monday to Thursday in the late afternoons, culminating with a communal evening meal.

Activities: Preparation of a typical Tuscan menu and dinner. Example: bruschetta or crostini (croutons). Home-made pasta with porcini mushrooms. Involtini (stuffed meat rolls) with artichokes trifolati. Baked cream with a mixed berry sauce.
