For stays of more than 90 days, it is necessary to apply for a Study Visa. It’s possible to obtain a visa only by enrolling in Italian language courses. Upon confirmation of registration, accompanied by advance payment of the entire course period, we will issue a Certificate of Enrollment, and send it to the student. This certificate is then presented to the local Italian Consulate, which issues a Study Visa, with which the student can come to Italy and stay for the period of the course. In the case of the study visa being refused, we will reimburse the sum paid in advance, minus 150 euros for administrative costs. Once in Italy the position is formalized through the request of the residence permit for reasons of study. The student has the opportunity to renew this type of stay up to a maximum of 3 years, extending their registration with the same type of course with which they obtained the first visa. During this period the student can be hired with part-time work contracts, working a maximum of 4 hours per day.
